We are now looking for a personal assistant for a meaningful assignment in a family.

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a childlike spirit who wants to work with a three-year-old girl. You see this as an opportunity to be an important part of a family with parents and siblings on their journey with assistance. As a personal assistant, you will be part of a little girl's everyday life and provide support in all areas of her life. You will help with everything from dressing, meals, and hygiene to playing and going for walks.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A woman, preferably between 20–40.

• Responsible and secure in your way of being.

• Imaginative and retains a childlike spirit.

• Quick-witted and flexible.

• Patient, empathetic, and has a good ability to create security and joy in your work.

• You can communicate well in Swedish and have an interest in alternative ways of communicating.

About the position: We are looking for someone who wants to start working as a substitute and who can eventually lead to a permanent position. The job involves working during the day, evenings, and weekends, which requires you to be flexible and able to adapt to the family's needs.

ABOUT US:

We are a team of six employees, one of whom is a substitute and the others work on a schedule.

With us, you have the opportunity to influence your tasks while creating security in a child's everyday life.

We have a collective agreement with Fremia for all our personal assistants.

Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to the agreement. We also offer snacks at work and other benefits.

Training and professional development are offered as needed.
